Refund Policy

At Blueprinth we want you to purchase with confidence. This policy describes when a refund applies for services purchased on this site.

1. Nature of the services

Our products are custom software development services. Since professional work begins after payment confirmation, refunds are governed by the project's stage.

2. Cancellation before kickoff

If you cancel before the requirements-gathering session, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

3. Cancellation during the project

If you cancel once development has started, the proportional value of the work performed and documented to date is deducted, and the remainder is refunded.

4. Non-conforming deliverables

If a deliverable does not match the published specifications of the purchased plan, we will correct the deviations at no cost within the support period. If the deviation cannot be corrected, a proportional refund of the affected module applies.

5. Cases without refund

• Change of mind once the project has been delivered and accepted.
• Delays caused by missing information or materials from the client.
• Functionality outside the plan's published scope.

6. Procedure

To request a refund, write to contact@blueprinth.com with your order number. We respond within a maximum of 5 business days; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.
