Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the software and digital platform development services offered by Blueprinth, with registered offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, 15th Floor, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City.

1. Scope of services

Blueprinth provides design, development, implementation and support of custom software, according to the specifications, deliverables and support periods described in each plan published on this site.

2. Prices and taxes

All published prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), which is added at the current rate (16%) at checkout. Prices may be updated without prior notice; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Service scope

The scope of each plan is limited to the specifications and deliverables published on its product page. Any functionality not listed is considered out of scope and may be quoted separately.

4. Delivery process

After payment confirmation, a consultant will contact you within one business day to begin requirements gathering. Delivery times are agreed in writing in each project's work plan and depend on the timely delivery of information and materials by the client.

5. Support

Each plan includes the support period indicated on its product page, counted from delivery. Support covers the correction of defects attributable to the development; it does not include new functionality or scope changes.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables that include source code are licensed to the client for use once payment has been made in full. Blueprinth retains the right to use generic components, libraries and know-how in other projects.

7. Liability

Blueprinth's total liability to the client is limited to the amount actually paid for the contracted service.

8. Governing law

For the interpretation and enforcement of these terms, the parties submit to the laws and competent courts of Mexico City.
